Unit 6 Post

Hello, all.
Well, this has been a long six weeks for me. I am still getting the hang of all this writing stuff. I have learned a great deal and I am excited to see the final outcome for myself and all of you, my fellow classmates. I have learned the differences in how our papers are to be whether they are research papers or informative, just in general the difference in the papers we write. I know this is a task for me but very interesting to do and learn. I hope everyone has got what I have got out of this class and are doing well on their paper. Good luck and have a Merry Christmas.

Unit 5 Posting

My personal writing process is more so a sentence structure or outline. I do not do much of free writing. I can not concentrate or properly put into a paper with just free writing or note jotting down on paper. I do not feel comfortable with that process or style at all.
As for my academic challenges, I have a few of them. I am not organized right now. I have been going through some medical conditions. My time management is off as well as my stress management. In return this has put me behind a few times here lately.
Lastly, my school influence is helping cause I am a determined person. I will get through this. I also want to show my child that it is worth while for her to continue her education, with that being said I feel good with myself being in school and continuing and not giving up. It has made a difference in my life tremendously. I hope this will be the same for everyone and their future endeavors.

Plagiarism

I am going to start by saying hello to everyone. Now about plagiarism; plagiarism is not something to be taken lightly. This is something that I have seen time and time again, or heard. I know that just within my family I have heard many people take credit for someone else. I find it to be my duty to speak up, for one cause it is wrong the other i would want someone to do that for me if I had an idea and someone else was trying to take credit for it. About YouTube and Wikipedia; there is not much I know about either site so I am not aware if there is any plagiarism involved or not. I find it wrong that people take credit for something that is not there own. Credit does need to be given where credit is due. I always try my best to learn about the intentional and unintentional, so therefore I want to get the whole concept of the citations for writing a paper. If there are any ideas that any one may have that they may have seen me do in anything please help me. I will help if I see something that may be wrong. I am so eager to learn and get this down.

Unit 3 Post

Hello, everyone. I am really going to try and do euthanasia as my topic or childhood obesity. I am still not sure what to do. I am having a hard time trying to come up with a thesis for my euthanasia topic. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Hope everything is going well with everyone in their paper and the work they have done so far.

Thanksgiving Holidays!!!!!!

Hello, everyone. Well, this lasst week was outstanding for me, all my family was here and even got to spend more than 2 days with my husband. He stays over the road and works and is only home every other weekend for 2 days. It is hard but we do it. I really enjoyed this time with my husband and my daughter. Things are great and we got all of our Christmas shopping done and out of the way, yahoo for me no more stress before the holidays. Later I will post some pics of what my house looks like for the holidays, absolutely love this holiday. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and now back to work and get school work done. Back to business as they say. Well, can't wait to see and talk to everyone on their blogs, this is really fun for me not much work. I am really enjoying learning how to do this.
